Why Boitshoko?

There is no, ‘one-size fits all’ solution to employee wellness and mental health issues.

Boitshoko Consulting aids organisations in implementing employee wellness training and workshops that will help address some of these challenges. Our service offering is not a once-off ‘magic wand’ solution to work environment challenges, but an on-going process of imparting a set of soft skills on all individuals within the organisation to enable them to cope better with the everyday stresses not only in the workplace but in their private lives too. Our aim is to create mutually beneficial relationships with our clients in order to meet our shared and common goals; such as healthy work life balance, wellness in society and a prosperous future for this country where people’s healthy lifestyles become an important factor in aiding all round productivity and wellness.
